Pet Pumpkins! ~ Fall DIY

Hi, Sweet Friends!
It's Pumpkin Season!
Here are the two Pumpkins we are going to decorate this year.

As a child, I loved carving my pumpkin each year for Halloween. I loved the feel of the seeds when I scooped them out. Now, however, I am highly allergic to vegetables on my hands. It is weird since I love all vegetables.

This year, we decided to draw on the pumpkins and save the seeds for eating! Well, almost all the seeds, we need a few for planting next year!

RU Puppy Pumpkin...
This pumpkin had a scar on the best side to make a design,

so I just made this scar into a nose for the Puppy RU!

I love pumpkins! Don't You?
I used a Bic "Marks it" in Black

I looked at a photo of RU and then started with the nose.

I then did the mouth and tongue. He has a long tongue and so does RU!

I did the eyes and the eyebrows, as RU has cute eyebrows!

Lastly, I drew the ears. They are supposed to look floppy like his ears are.

RU sat on his blanket and posed with his pumpkin! He is hugging on it. Dad said, "He thinks it is his new big ball!" LOL

The Kitty Pumpkin...

I used a Bic "Marks it" in Black like I did for the Puppy "RU" Pumpkin above.
