These are the compiled favorite recipes of our 1st Whole 30 Challenge. We love eating fresh, whole, and healthy! Each of these has been tested by the three of us. We have (unanimously) agreed they are our favs!! Enjoy and share them with your family & friends! Let's eat healthily and not pay for processed food additives! Just sayin'...

This dinner was fantastic! Great doubled for the company who will rave at the delicious taste and tenderness of the meat and veggies!

This is a throw it in the slow cooker or on the stove EASY meal!

4. Breakfast Scramble LINK This has to be our favorite meal. We have eaten it with extra veggies: yellow squash, zucchini, tomatoes, green onions, broccoli, cabbage, and with other meats: chicken, hamburger (grass fed), pork, and shrimp. All of these additions are great. We mix it up just for a change and it is healthy & whole foods!
5. Smothered Chicken Burgers with Cremini Mushroom Gravy LINK
This meal was delicious! The mushroom gravy was divine! I poured it over my boiled potatoes! This does have olive oil, but very little. The patties were made and fried before the sauce was added. The thickener Tapioca Flour. This is our new go-to gravy!

This lunch salad is delicious and so good for you! I pop on peppers & pickles and some Balsamic Garden Herb Dressing! Love it! It is all good! And if you just want it over the lettuce it is good too!
7. Homemade Mayo LINK
Use this mayonnaise recipe for potato salad, chicken salad, turkey salad, or deviled eggs. Perfect, but remember... *Mayonnaise is made of raw eggs. keep it refrigerated.*
8. Whole Turkey Soup LINK
This is our second day eating this huge pot of soup! Love it! We took the broth and added it to the turkey, green beans, carrots, and onions and made a turkey potpie soup! This recipe has so many variations! We have even added spinach and potato chunks to it! Enjoy,
