 I enjoy many different Potpourri's for different seasons of the year.
Dried Geranium buds are good to add.

Dried Crab Apple Flowers are a Pretty Addition

Dry Daisy Petals

Dried Sunflower Petals make things bright!

Dried Rose Petals & Buds.

Press Dry Cone Flower Petals to keep their shape.

Chamomile gives a sweet & pleasant fragrance.

Great Combination for Fall

Pick Rose Petals at their opening early in the am.

If you cut your roses buds and place them in water they will open right before your eyes!

Dry Spring Violets by pressing to keep their shape.




 I collect/harvest different flowers & flower buds, cones, pods, seeds, leaves and tiny twigs for my potpourri. 


I dry flowers and use some for Teas & keep some for my potpourri.















Here are a few of my favorites and instructions on how to make them for your home or gifts to brighten up someones day!
Holiday Spice Potpourri: Dried Orange Peel, Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks, Dried Apple Skins, Star Annis and Fresh Ginger Slices.
Spring Mix Potpourri: Dried Rose Petals, Dried Violets, Dried Thyme, Dried Sunflowers, Dried Chamomile, Dried Lavender and Dried Geranium flowers & buds.
Woodsy Potpourri: Tiny Sticks, Pine cones, pine needles(green), Cinnamon Sticks, acorns & Cracked Nut Shells.
Beachy Potpourri: Sea Shells, Dried Lemon Slices, Moss, Star Annis with a Sailors Knot tied to the bowl .
