*NOTE
Most of the meals are not Whole 30 complient, but it is easy to make them so. Just leave out what is not on the menu! Easy Peasy!

Freeze meals for day 5, 6, & 7. Make fresh salad, and I keep all ingredients separate so that they don't go mushy by the time I get to the last day. I use my salad spinner with the tomatoes to keep the juice low.
