I have been changing my movement program up from a stretching routine to adding the addition of Chair Tai Chi. This is a type of Tai Chi that is more suitable for anyone with balance issues or the elderly.

This is my third month doing Master Han Jin Song Tai Chi Class. Each month I add an additional video to my Tai Chi Class List and switch it up each day. Since I only do 6 out of 7 days of Chair Tai Chi Class, I will choose 6 videos. I'll add them each month until they are all here for your convience.
My first month I learned this video (link) and used it every day of the week, except Sunday.
My second month I learned this video (link) and used it every other day of the week, except Sunday and used the first month video for the fill in days.
This is my third month and I learned this video (link) and used it the first day of the month and every three days. (incorporate it how you want, but i like a change up :D)
So my days look like this for 7 days:
Mon video one

Wed video three
Thurs video one
Fri video two
Sat video three
Sun no video
I then repeat the sequence for each day of the rest of the month.
I add a new video the first Monday of each month.

This last video is the last on the series. I will be learning it and incorporating it into my routine. However, not in this first 6 months.

I am enjoying Master Han Jin Song Tai Chi Class there are other videos out there, but these are the ones I am doing. Also, I am not standing, but sitting for all of these videos regardless if they are sitting or standing. I am supplementing with walking with my service dog and stretching.
