We are talking Onions & Leeks today! Spring is HERE and time to plant your onion sets, seeds, and sprouted bulbs for a Fall Harvest!

We have had onions in almost all of our gardens from the thin Green Bunching Onions to the Red, Sweet Vidalia, and the Yellow Spanish Onions. I truly can't pick a favorite because I truly love onions. I love the way they smell, taste in different foods, and I love them just steamed with butter. Yes! I love them!!

To keep these treasures, we keep them in a bin that is located in our cold closet and under the kitchen stairs. We added shelves for a built-in pantry.
