Consider This...

Hello, Sweet Friends,
One of my Nurse Friends posted this and I have been asked to share it. She works as a Nurse at a Nursing Home and Assisted Living Center.
"Mass hysteria, toilet paper shortage, food shortages, closures...
This is what has everyone everywhere in a panic...
Do you know what has me in a panic?
My building full of residents who can not have any visitors whatsoever, my dementia families who are worried their parents will no longer remember who they are anymore, my residents who can not play bingo, or have church service, or even a meal in the dining room with their friends.
An empty hallway, and Isolation for the ones who depend on socialization and family interaction every day.
All I ask is that you please remember the nursing homes and assisted living centers right now.
Even though you might be running low on toilet paper, you can still go home to your family at the end of the day, you can visit with a small group of friends, or you can still go to the store and shop for your needs
Most of these people are confined to their rooms. The "normal" activities for them have been cut off. They are at such a high risk that they are being isolated. Many of them don't understand the current crisis.
So please, consider this.
Thank you. "
Take time to remember we are all in this together. We will get through this together.

We do hope you and your families are safe and healthy.
You are in our prayers.
