2020 Christmas Tree For The U.S. Capitol Lawn From The Western Slope
The Christmas Tree for the Lawn of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington D.C. will be coming from the Western Slope of Colorado!! The Capitol Christmas Tree, also known as, "The People's Tree" is cut from a U. S. Forest each year.
"The Christmas tree will be cut from one of three areas in Colorado: Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, or Gunnison National Forest." ~ Telluride, OurCommunityNow.com
This is such an honor to have one of our Colorado State Pine Trees selected to be the 2020 United States Capitol Building's Lawn Christmas Tree. I know they will pick a large beautiful tree to represent Colorado! What a wonderful joy!
