Depression Help with Bible Verses

Some of us, I included, can be overwhelmed by the day-to-day living, all the little extras, the emergencies, and the pressures that we tend to over-think or become overwhelmed even before our feet hit the floor in the morning.
I love the article from Women's Day Magazine on:
15 Bible Verses to Lift You From the Lows of Depression
https://www.womansday.com/life/inspirational-stories/g28778144/bible-verses-for-depression/Since the Word of God, the Bible, is a guide book for our lives, it's no wonder it is chock full of wonderful, miraculous, frightening, uplifting, spirit-filled stories and lessons for our lives.
These verses that help lift you out of depression are ones that we turn to quite often. Depression runs in our family on all sides. I've written about one severe instance HERE about my own daughter, in the post "It's Saturday..."
Depression is not to be shunned or shammed, it is to be embraced and helped. The person in depression is in need of kindness and comfort. If you know someone in depression, share this post with them and the post "It's Saturday...".
Woman's Day's Post Suggests these 15 Bible Verses:
