January And February Journal Writing

Big Bubbles float off the January Header page.
 Hi, Sweet Friends,

We are starting this year off with a bang! Jump on board and Journal your way through the year.
The Year At A Glance page.
Track Dr. & Dentist Visits.

Join the 52 Week Photo Challenge and keep a record of your photo info on these pages!

Weekly pages are fun to plan out and create the way you want them. Use boxes for keeping the date, Water intake, Menu, To Do, Chores, Medicines, Calls, or whatever you want to keep track of for each week.

Here is how I did the math to figure out how many pages to use for each month.

There are 12 months in the year plus January makes 13 months I used for my Journal. (13 Header Pages)

There are 52 weeks in a year + 5 weeks for January (this year) = 57 weeks. So I need 57 pages just for the weeks. (57 Weekly Pages)

There are things I wanted to add like Dr/Dentist visits, Anniversaries, Birthdays, and 4 Seasonal pages for Garden To Dos.
And I wanted extra blank pages to add as I needed them in the journal. (7+ Additional Pages)

I also wanted 12 pages for each month to have small tick boxes. (12 Tick Box Pages)

So I have my total of 89 needed pages and I searched for a notebook that had 150 total of pages. (13+57+7+12=89)

I then took the 150-89=61 pages to use throughout the 12 months of the year. Divide the 61 pages by 12 months. (61/12=5.08 pages) so I dropped the .o8 and add 5 pages in between the 12 months.

I added them between the weekly pages and it worked very well. I have a few left over pages that are already filling up with stuff!
Journal Page with Pain Chart & Prayer List. Week 1.
Each week looks a bit different. I like seeing that my charts and graphs are filling up with ticked boxes.

Week 2.
This Journal Weekly Page has a place to track steps, Cleaning grid and a place to write down Blessings. Week 3.
I use colored pencils, colored pens, sharpie fine liners, and Tombow brush pens to write and decorate the pages in my journal.
I love to play with writing styles and I used a mechanical pencil to do the cursive writing below.
Sometimes the internet is down and I need a place to jot down ideas or lists. I keep some of them in my journal. There are enough pages to keep many ideas and charts.
Kitchen Cleaning Check List.

Chore List.
Journal page Week 4.
I decided to track the weather by the month. We have had weird weather in the valley. It is very interesting to see just what the weather does during each month.
January Mini-Goals. Love these little boxes!

I have found the groove that I want to go with this year. I love these little boxes and they are great for ticking off the chore or item.
FYI the "NO Sugar" Box is very hard for some reason! But for the fact that Hubby keeps making delightful treats, pies, cookies, and the SUGAR! I would truly have more will power!
Working on healthy snacks!
Oh well, next month has an empty box just for this topic, too!
Boxes made for the upcoming month of February.
It's never to late to start a journal. And I really have looked into a purchased planned out journal, but for me, it perks my creativity to plan the pages out, to log information that pertains to my likes, and, admittedly, I love to color!
I've sharpened all my colored pencils and taken a few minutes each evening to color. I find it enjoyable.
Write Out Bible Verses.
Header Pages are fun to design. Make a theme for the month like this Valentine's Love!
