3 Tips To A Flat Belly

Hi, Sweet Friends,
I know what you are thinking... "Here we go again." But give me a moment of your time to tell you how this can really change your habits and thus change your life.
3 Tips To A Flat Belly
1. Eat Right
2. Dress thin
3. Workout right
Ok, so you know this much. You say, "but I'm so tired from running around all day to get in a workout at the end of the day!"
If this is what you say, then try some of these ideas below to help jumpstart your day.
  • Eating small healthy snacks during the day will help maintain your body's need for fuel and you will still be burning up those calories by increasing your metabolism.
  • Put away those baggy clothes and opt for the size you are in now. Clearly, you've done the work, now show it off.
  • Put the workout at the beginning of your day and gain energy to boot.
Vitamins play a key part in this, too. When you lose weight, you burn calories and fat. But you need to replenish your body with the vitamins you have burned up. A multi-vitamin is a perfect start of the day. Add a B-Complex Vitamin if you are still sluggish.

Check out the Thrift Shops while you are in between sizes. Drop off your old baggy clothes for a donation and get some nice thinner clothes each time you drop a size. By the time you have lost the weight you want to lose, you have a new wardrobe ready and waiting to wear!

Don't work out on a full tummy. This could make you nauseated and even sick. Keep hydrated with plenty of water. Keep a water bottle close by for instant hydration.

After the workout, walk, swim, or activity, take a shower. Scientific studies show that the hot water jetting on your body, during a shower, or in a jacuzzi, will raise your core temperature and help reduce muscle pain, chronic pain, and inflammation.

Stretching is also good before and after a workout. Because your muscles are tight, they are prone to injury. Stretching increases blood flow and loosens muscles.

So, start the New Year off right, healthy, and happy. Get to eating right, get those clothes that fit, and get moving!
*If you have any health issues, consult your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Better safe than injured.
Enjoy,
God Bless,
