Before and After Home Remodel

 Hi, Sweet Friends,
I finally have edited the Before and After Home Remodel photos of the new home on Sunset Mesa!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Welcome inside! 

 Living Room & Front Door.

New Door, paint from yellow to green, thresh hold with stone, painted wood floors to wood laminate flooring, and new windows.

 Living Room & Dining Room.

New room divider bookcases, paint, chimney & heating area to closet & kept the small standing heater, trim throughout the house, pass through in wall behind the stove, new windows, and new wood laminate flooring continued.

Dining Room.

Kitchen.

 Kitchen. Pass through behind stove, move cupboards from stove wall to above refrigerator, paint walls from tan to butter yellow, paint cabinets from bright yellow to white and keep the hardware black. Remove shelf to the right of the stove and add a cabinet with counter space.

 Replace window with door leading to deck, keep stone flooring, replace sink and faucet, replace counter tops with new counter tops and wood trim, new stove & refrigerator, and replace backsplash with stone tiles.
Kitchen & Laundry Room.

 Kitchen. Remove the door by the refrigerator and fill in the wall, add carpet to the floor in the laundry, and add stackable washer/dryer.

 Kitchen. New stove & range vent.

Excuse the boxes... I was too excited moving in to remember to take the photos before the boxes!

 Bathroom.

 Total remodel...
Tile floor & walls, replace sink to sink with cabinet, replace claw foot tub (loved it-not the paint job) to a large non-slip tub, new faucets, new lighted medicine cabinet, shortened & replaced the window, new water saver toilet, shelf at the end of the tub for plants and bath products. NEW shower curtain...LOL! Paint from cream to butter yellow and add bathroom lighted fan.

 
 Bedroom. The biggest changes were in this bedroom, but they all had a redo. New paint, green & taupe walls with white trim. New closet doors, new windows, and carpet to wood laminate flooring.

 We love the new look and it is easy to clean and keep looking nice!
There is no cooling, but we have small air units for when it gets in the 90* temperatures.
  And we are so delighted to be moved in and comfortable once again! Thanks for sharing our Before & After Reveal! Hope you see the gem in this little home as we do!
