Peach Praline Cake from Taste of Home 2013, has to be the best fresh peach dessert we have ever had! It is hands down the best we think!

Add the sugar and spices together. |
Cube the Margarine or Butter. |
Separate the Eggs. Egge yellows. |
Egg whites |
Slice Peaches (sprinkle with Lemon for fresh color) |
The ingredients for the "upside down crust" will be cooked in the pan (or cooked and placed in the pans, as we had to do).
Melted butter. |
Blending egg yolks with the dry ingredients.
Adding the milk.
Beating the mixture.
This will get a deep rich yellow.
Whip the Egg Whites into soft peaks. This means the peaks slightly turn at the points.
Fold in the Egg Whites to the Yellow mixture, 1/2 whites at a time for easier handling and folding.
Add the second half of the egg whites and continue to fold into the mix.
When it is all yellow and fluffy due to the folding, pour onto the peach and nut lined pan bottom (or like ours, half each of the mix to each pan; like below).
Because we didn't have a skillet that would fit in our little oven (the big one is being repaired), we had to make it into two cake rounds. Which meant that we could get two desserts out of it instead of just one!! We just repeated the same thing with both pans.
The results were so delicious that the company wanted the recipe too! So I just had to share this with you and you can try it for yourself or for the family!
