 The City Market in Montrose, Colorado is welcoming Fall! 

 
































 The Beautiful Flowers are beaming bright and the Candy Bouquets look just right!
And just around the corner, the apples are piled high!

 I just could not go through Fall with out Apples! 
There are so many varieties to choose from. Our favorites are Fuji, Honey Crisps, McIntosh, Rome, Winesap, Pink Ladies, and Pacific Rosa, Pippin & Granny Smith for Pies!!

  3. Nov 30, 2008 · More work than most apple pies, but worth it. And believe it or not, the apples do not turn to mush, but keep the same texture they had before they were cooked.
    These recipes have not been personally sampled, except for the Martha Stewart pie, that I have made since the early 1990's. But try them all this year, we will!! Matt said, "Yes we will, Yoda!"
    So another day has come and gone, but pie, I know will linger on...LOL (attached somewhere on my body)  :)
