There are so many varieties to choose from. Our favorites are Fuji, Honey Crisps, McIntosh, Rome, Winesap, Pink Ladies, and Pacific Rosa, Pippin & Granny Smith for Pies!!

And believe it or not, the apples do not turn to mush, but keep the same texture they had before they were cooked.These recipes have not been personally sampled, except for the Martha Stewart pie, that I have made since the early 1990's. But try them all this year, we will!!
