Mi Mexico ~ Restaurant Review

Hi, Sweet Friends,

Mi Mexico is the Restaurant that we are reviewing today. This is a family-friendly place on the East side of Main Street. We have enjoyed for the past 4 years, here in Montrose, CO. The restaurant Chain has been around for 26 years.

 The moon on the night we did this review! So awesome!

The restaurant serves Lunch with a lunch special menu and Dinner. The Bar and Seating area are great for large groups. We gathered with the company to watch "The Belmont Stakes" horse race at Mi Mexico one Summer. It was great food, great drinks, and great fun!

We have had many of their signature dishes, like
Fajita Salad - Chicken or beef* fajitas on top of a fresh salad, in a crispy flour tortilla shell. Served with guacamole and sour cream;

Tortilla Soup - 

A hearty chicken soup with tomato, green onions, avocado, cilantro, tortilla strip and Monterrey jack cheese;  

Chimichanga - Rolled fried flour tortilla, filled with your choice of chicken or beef. Topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole and a special mild tomato sauce; 

Sizzling Veggie Fajitas - Directly from the garden, fresh zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, celery, red and yellow peppers and fajita sauce. Served with whole black beans, white rice, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo.  Just to name a few!

The wait staff is attentive, kind, and eager to please. They always have a smile to greet you. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

The food is always hot and delicious. The portions are filling. The prices are reasonable. We give Mi Mexico a 5 Star Rating!
