Hi Sweet Friends,

Boil your crab, potatoes,(corn on the cob, sausage) onions, bay leaf, & Old Bay Spices(1tbs.) in a pot of water that covers the vegetables. Place the crab on top of the vegetables.
Scrub the potatoes, remove eyes and bad spots. cut into halves. Peel onions and keep whole (add Corn on the cob & Smoked Sausage if you want) add the spices & bay leaf, Fill the pot to just covering the vegetables and place the crabs(if already cooked) on top to avoid over cooking the crabs.
Boil your crab, potatoes, onions, bay leaf, & Old Bay Spices in a pot of water that covers the vegetables. Place the crab on top of the vegetables.
Bring to boil and let boil for 20 minutes to steam the crab. Remove the crab and continue cooking the vegetables till fork tender. About 30 minutes or more.

There you have it! A wonderfully delicious Crab Boil! I used melted butter on top of the crab. The bay flavor on the onions and potato blends nicely with the fresh crab meat.
Enjoy!
