Peppers ~ Friday Foods

Hi Dear Friends!
 It's Friday again and we are talking Peppers! Harvest is over, the frost was on the pumpkins and we got the rest of the harvest in just in time!  These are the last of the potatoes, tomatoes, Chili peppers, Jalapenos, Banana peppers, Cherry bomb peppers(left to dry on the vine), and garlic. YUMMY!

Below, The last of the Bell peppers, Anaheim peppers and the Pimento peppers. Also, the last of the Zucchini. Yummy~

So here is what we do with these delicious vegetables. First, we use the peppers in Chili,
Sauces, Salsas,
Stir-Fry, Soups, Stews, and
where ever else they can possibly be popped into. We love peppers here and grow varieties that are locally grown, as they do the best with the weather in the area, the temperature is not as hot for most of the peppers, the sweet ones do the best.
