We had no wait before we were seated and enjoyed a delicious Sunday Brunch. We brought some out of town guests and we each ordered different choices from the menu.
Hubby enjoyed Buttermilk Pancakes
Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes cooked to a golden brown and served with fresh fruit and a choice of smoked bacon, sausage links or Canadian bacon, and cinnamon-honey butter and hot maple syrup or our specially made bourbon-vanilla syrup. Hubby's food review is as follows:
I had the delicious
Build Your Own Omelet
Build a two egg omelet from any three ingredients at no extra charge. Additional items are $1.00 each. Served with skillet potatoes, fresh fruit and toast.
Available TOPPINGS: Smoked Bacon, Sautéed Mushrooms, Yellow Onion, Green Onion, Fresh Spinach, Ham, Sausage, Green Chili, Red Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Swiss Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese.
My food review is as follows:
Others in our party had the
Breakfast Chili Relleno with Eggs
We stuff a large Hatch Chili with white cheddar cheese, corn and spices then dip in beer batter and deep fry to a golden brown. Two eggs any style smothered with red and/or green chili sauce. Served with pinto beans, lettuce, tomato and a warmed flour tortilla to help cool things down!
and
Southwest Breakfast Burrito
A large flour tortilla is filled with chopped smoked bacon, hash browns, white cheddar cheese and two eggs cooked to order then smothered in red and/or green chili sauce. Served with pinto beans, lettuce, tomato and a warmed flour tortilla.
and
