Stop Light Stir Fry ~ Friday Foods
Chop onion & peppers in bite size pieces. |
Chop the stems & pieces of mushroom. |
Rinse the Beansprouts as they may have salt solution added for freshness. |
We love these Mung Beans! |
Chop the ends off or more depending on preference, |
Chop in bite size pieces and yes, use the leaves! |
Enjoy a cup of Jasmine or Asian Tea while you wait. |
Wash your Napa Cabbage and blot dry with a paper towel. |
Chop the leafy end first, |
next, pull off the leaves and cut off the ends as shown above. |
I find stacking these, shown, makes it easier and faster to process these leaves. |
Slice in half down the middle. |
Chop into bite size pieces. |
Bag up any cut veggies for another meal! |
Do a quick stir fry in 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil. |
We love fluffy Jasmine Rice!! |
Hubby added Chicken chunks to his Stir Fry! |
We serve this ontop of the rice, but you can have it on the side, too! A stir-fry can have just about anything mixed in it. Try some new variations today! We just love the colors in this stir-fry! |
