Here is a great way to use that pumpkin you have for pie! I purchased 2 small pie pumpkins so that we could also have these deliciously recommended Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins from Money Saving Mom
Since I have already precooked fresh pumpkin in the freezer, I am going to use it instead of the canned pumpkin. *NOTE: When using fresh pumpkin, drain it. It can be very watery, so drain it well after cooking and or defrosting.
