Rainbow hair, a cool and colorful response to granny hair, is becoming a more and more popular trend. While celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Christina Aguilera, and Katy Perry have now embraced this style as well. Women aiming for senior roles in big companies and firms, however, should stick to color styling that is more professional. A brunet going a few shades lighter down the hair or a Red head going a bit darker on the ends. The idea is to be noticed, however, if you take this style seriously, an ombre look that compliments your looks and job is more appropriate.
