Friday Foods ~ Fried Zucchini and Onions

This is the Season for Fresh Veggies and today we are doing Zucchini.

We've planted Golden, Billiard Ball & Black Beauty Zucchini this year. We are very pleased with the plant growth even with the strange weather.

We had hot temps in June and now Cooler temps for July and lots of rain.

And we thank God for the rains!! We grill or Saute' our Zucchini.

I like mine with long grain rice, but it is great right out of the pan!

Our delicious dinner of Elk, Rice & Zucchini and fresh Cabbage!
