Friday Food is featuring a great Thai Style Chicken Stir Fry.
 
This dish is tossed with Rice Noodles and uses Asian Spicing!
Yummy! And you can substitute the Chicken for Tofu or use no
meat in the dish. It is good anyway you dish it! Enjoy!!
 
INGREDIENTS (4 portions):

500g chicken breasts,
1 tbsp lime juice,
1 tbsp olive oil,
1tsp honey,
0.25 tsp chilli flakes,
Salt and pepper,
1 broccoli cut,
250g snow peas,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 tbsp grated ginger,
3 tbsp lime juice,
5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce,
0.5 tbsp honey,
200g rice noodles,
1.5 tbsp olive oil.
