Mushrooms Are Wonderful Things!
I honestly don't know when I first started eating mushrooms, but I think I was pretty little. I do remember loving them grilled, sauteed, and in just about any food, that are not sweets.

Here is a funny one, on the visual idea for something sauteed, I searched and the first photo that popped up was "Sauteed Mushrooms"! Too cool, right!

But seriously, the mushroom is packed with flavor, vitamins & minerals. I have used Portabella Mushrooms to replace meat in several recipes like, burgers, lasagna, spaghetti, soups, sandwiches, omelets, and Portabella pizza rounds.
