Bread Crums the Old Fashioned Way
|I save all the left over buns and breads and pop them in the freezer to make my Bread Crumbs.|
|A food chopper.|
|Pulse until all bread is crumbed.|
|I use the broiler for crisper crumbs.|
|Just stay in the kitchen and keep and eye, nose out for them cooking. You don't want to waist the whole "burnt" batch!|
|Place them in zip bags and slowly squeeze out the air. Pop in freezer for ready to use bread crumbs.|
