Bread Crums the Old Fashioned Way
I save all the left over buns and breads and pop them in the freezer to make my Bread Crumbs. |
A food chopper. |
Pulse until all bread is crumbed. |
I use the broiler for crisper crumbs. |
Just stay in the kitchen and keep and eye, nose out for them cooking. You don't want to waist the whole "burnt" batch! |
Place them in zip bags and slowly squeeze out the air. Pop in freezer for ready to use bread crumbs. |
