A 10 move - 10 minute Workout!
Hi, Sweet Friends,
I usually don't focus on any one work out routine. I like to change it up and that seems to work for me. Being disabled, though, I have to change some of the routine exercises to suit my particular needs. That goes for you too.
I often find exercises that I can't do the way that is shown, so I modify it and I know that it is working for me.
