Yogurt Bfast Bowl ~ Friday Foods!
Hi Friends,
Today, I made a yummy Breakfast with Yogurt, seeds and Cranberries! I usually make my Yogurt with a punch, but today, I made it with more crunch!!
Ingredients:
1cup Yogurt - plain or flavored
1Tbs Flax seed
1Tsp Chia seed
1Tsp Sesame Seed
1Tsp Sunflower seeds, no salt or flavor added
1/2cup Dried Cranberries
Directions:
Put all seeds and cranberries into a bowl and mix.
Add yogurt and mix well. The chia seeds will swell a bit and make the yogurt thick.
Tip:
I do the same above, just leave out the yogurt and add it to cooked oatmeal! Oh and a pinch of Cinnamon too!
