I found this to be an easy and tasty recipe for Chiles Rellenos of any kind. I did make a few adjustments to the recipe, none drastic!
I chopped the chiles into 1inch pieces, which I think is easier to eat. And I doubled the recipe in the chiles and cheese. I thought it resembled a cheesy chile crust-less quiche. It was so Yummy that I will make it again!Layered into dish with chiles, cheese sliced, and egg mixture. Ready to go in the oven!
Ours turned out quite delicious, cheesy and yummy. I did add mild red chili sauce to the top of mine, when served. We also enjoyed Marinaded Baked Chicken Breasts.
A Yummy Dinner! And one I would truly recommend to you! Chiles can be added to many dishes you already create, they add a bit of spice to liven up your life.
